Hari graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Laws. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Centre for Legal Studies where he successfully completed the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course. Hari is admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.
Hari practices primarily in Family Law. Hari can provide advice and representation in relation to all aspects of Family Law including children’s matters, child protection, property settlements, spousal maintenance, Financial Agreements, child support, surrogacy, Hague Convention (child abduction) matters, and divorce.
Hari can also provide advice with respect to civil litigation matters.
Hari regularly appears in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Family Court of Australia, and in the Hobart Magistrates Court.
