Hari graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Laws. He successfully completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Centre for Legal Studies. He is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.
Hari practices principally in workers compensation, employment law and commercial litigation. He is also involved in local government and planning law. Hari has a particular interest in employment and workplace relations.
Hari previously practiced in family law and was on the Family Law Committee 2018/19.
He also regularly appears in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and various tribunals.
