Angela has more than 35 years’ experience in the legal industry and is widely recognised for her expertise in complex Probate Registry applications. For the past 20 years, she has specialised in estate and trust administration, helping clients navigate these matters with accuracy, efficiency and care.

She works closely with executors and beneficiaries to achieve practical, timely outcomes, while recognising the sensitive and often emotional nature of estate administration.

Angela’s experience includes assisting with:

• ongoing charitable trusts;

• trusts and estates involving complex capital gains tax issues;

• estate assets located interstate and overseas; and

• estates and trusts involving missing executors or beneficiaries.

Angela is also a Justice of the Peace and regularly assists clients with witnessing documents.
