Owen Zolati

Associate

Owen graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree. In 2021, he completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in the same year.

Owen has previous experience working as a graduate lawyer in personal injury. Owen commenced practice at Tremayne Fay Rheinberger and gained experience in a range of disciplines. Owen now focuses primarily on estate disputes and civil litigation. He works closely with Zac Nicholson to advise in a range of estate dispute matters, and with Renee Spencer and Geoff Tremayne in civil litigation matters.

While at the firm, Owen has taken opportunities to give back to the community. Owen has previously worked one day per week as a Duty Lawyer at the Magistrates Court, in addition to his usual duties. This allowed people who would otherwise be unrepresented to receive legal advice and representation. Owen has also accepted pro bono work on behalf of the Cancer Council.
